ATTENTION: As of 2022 in order to keep the integrity & safety of our staff, we regretfully will no longer be accepting new male clientele.
All clients of SKINTOLOGY, LLC may be assured of complete confidentiality regarding all aspects of their treatments and services. We deeply respects the privacy of all visitors. We do not sell or share your name, email address, or other personally identifiable information with any third party without your explicit consent or as required by law. All email marketing efforts are targeted toward individuals who have opted and agreed to be contacted by us in such manner. If you choose to keep your record private, or do not wish to receive mail/email from SKINTOLOGY, LLC in the future, please let us know by sending us an email, calling, or writing us.
Appointments / Spa Etiquette:
- Please arrive 10 minutes prior your scheduled appointment time. That way you able to fill out any necessary paperwork.
- Your punctuality is greatly appreciated. We want to be able to dedicate the appropriate amount of time to your scheduled treatment/service. Tardiness of more than 10 minutes will result in rescheduling your appointment and payment for the full amount of the service. Unless otherwise noted.
- Please have your credit card or gift certificate number available to hold your scheduled appointment time. Services will not be booked without a valid credit or gift card number.
- 24-hour advance notice is required to reschedule or cancel appointments. If we are notified less than 24 hours in advance, full amount of the service(s) booked will be charged.
-Please turn off your mobile phone and/or pager when in treatment.
Gift cards are non-refundable, however, they are transferable to another party. Skin care products may only be returned for store credit within 30 days of proof of purchase.
We accept cash, all major debit & credit cards, and personal checks, as well as SKINTOLOGY, LLC Gift Cards. All spa prices are subject to change.
