Meet Ciera Pennington

Owner & Master Esthetician

Founder and owner Ciera Pennington established SKINTOLOGY, LLC with a simple vision: to create a skincare studio where every client receives personalized treatments, professional guidance, and a deeper understanding of their unique skin concerns. Through her passion for skincare, commitment to continuing education, and dedication to delivering exceptional results, she has built an environment where clients can feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in their skin.

Ciera graduated from the Esthetics Institute of Vienna, Virginia, in April 2014. She holds a Virginia Master Esthetics License and has continued to expand her expertise through advanced certifications. She is a Certified Spa Oncology Esthetician, Certified Laser Technician, and Certified Lash Technician. Since opening SKINTOLOGY in 2018, Ciera has remained committed to providing safe, effective, and customized skincare solutions for every client.

Meet Shalynn Reza

Master Esthetician

Shalynn is a Virginia Licensed Master Esthetician who is passionate about helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin while creating a relaxing and personalized experience.

She began her esthetics career after graduating from DSI: Esthetics Academy in 2013 with her Basic Esthetics License. In 2026, she earned her Virginia Master Esthetics License through the Virginia Works Apprenticeship Program, demonstrating her dedication to advancing her education and refining her skills. Shalynn is also a Certified Spa Oncology Esthetician, allowing her to safely and compassionately care for clients with unique skincare needs.

Outside of the treatment room, Shalynn enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons and tending to her garden.
